You can now order on-line, however this does not mean we are not there at the end of the phone line to take your orders verbally and offer advice. We accept cleared sterling cheques drawn on a UK bank account. This is a 5-7 day delay. Credit Cards will only be accepted where delivery is to the card-holders address. Security number is required. There will be a 2% charge for this service. Certain countries will incur an 8 week delay whilst credit card payment is cleared, so we suggest that if your order and payment is genuine that you make it via bank transfer, this will incur a £12 bank charge. If you have placed an order which is due to incur a surcharge or bank charge we will contact you to discuss the options.
